Who we are
RocketStep is a product of Sixela Communications, LLC ("RocketStep," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and the Sales Communication Audit, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Details you give us. Your email address, your role, and your company stage.
- Your audit answers. Your yes or no answers, and the scores and reports we build from them.
- Purchase details. What you bought and when. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data. Information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We also store a small token in your browser so you can pick up an audit where you left off.
How we use it
- To score your answers and deliver your results and reports.
- To save your progress and send you your private link.
- To send you emails about your audit, your report, and your purchase.
- To answer your questions and support you.
- To improve the audit, using combined data that does not identify you or your company.
- To protect the service and meet our legal obligations.
What we do not do
We do not share your answers, scores, or reports with anyone publicly without your permission. We do not sell your personal information.
When we share information
We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers. Companies that host this website, deliver our email, and process payments. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- A change of ownership. If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same commitments.
Your private report link
Your results and reports open from a private link. We do not list these links anywhere and they are not searchable. Anyone who has your link can view your report, so share it only with people you trust.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is open or as long as we need it to provide the service. After that we delete it or remove the details that identify you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of emails that are not needed to deliver your audit or report.
Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law. We will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No website can promise perfect security, so please keep your private links safe.
