Terms of Service
The rules for using this website and the Sales Communication Audit. Please read them before you start.
The audit questions, the reports, and the scoring logic behind them belong to Sixela Communications, LLC. Reverse engineering them is a breach of these terms.
1. Agreeing to these terms
RocketStep is a product of Sixela Communications, LLC ("RocketStep," "we," "us"). By using this website or taking the Sales Communication Audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
The Sales Communication Audit is a set of yes or no questions and the results built from your answers. It is offered as the free Pulse Check and as the paid Snapshot and Diagnostic. Results and reports are for your own company's internal use.
3. Your account
When you start an audit, we create an account for you using your email address. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your private links secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your links.
4. Purchases
Prices are shown before you buy. Payment is due at purchase and is handled by our payment processor. Any credit toward an upgrade applies only as described at the time of purchase. Refunds are at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Our intellectual property
The audit questions, the reports, the scoring, and the logic and relationships that produce your results are the property of Sixela Communications, LLC. They are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other laws.
We give you a limited, non-transferable right to take the audit and to use your results and reports inside your own company. We grant no other rights.
6. What you may not do
- Copy, publish, sell, or distribute the questions or reports outside your company.
- Reverse engineer, decode, or try to work out the scoring or business logic of the audit. This includes submitting answers in order to probe how results are produced.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect content from the service.
- Use our questions, reports, or logic to build or improve a competing product.
- Use another person's account or private link without their permission.
- Interfere with the service or try to get around its security.
7. If you break these terms
If we find that you have attempted to steal our content or to reverse engineer the audit, we may close your account without notice and remove your access to your results and reports. You will not be entitled to a refund of any fees you have paid. We may also pursue any other remedy the law allows.
8. Your answers
Your answers remain yours. You give us permission to use them to produce your results and reports, and to improve the audit using combined data that does not identify you or your company. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
9. No professional advice
Your results are based only on the answers you give. They are information to help you make your own decisions. They are not legal, financial, or employment advice, and we do not guarantee any business outcome.
10. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes
We may update the service or these terms. If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Sixela Communications, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
